Safety + responsibility
Preflight thinking, situational awareness, and responsible operation.

Education + workforce
IE Drone Collective creates practical learning experiences that connect drone technology with safety, aviation, visual storytelling, teamwork, and emerging careers.
Build a learning programHigh Desert roots
IE Drone Collective’s founders taught youth how to fly and developed a first-of-its-kind drone-pilot program in the High Desert. The goal was bigger than operating equipment: help young people see themselves as creators, operators, and future professionals.
That teaching experience now strengthens the agency’s commercial work too. Clear instruction, careful preparation, crew communication, and respect for the mission all begin on the ground.

Built for partnership
A strong program starts with the people being served. We shape the experience around the setting, participant needs, available space, and the outcomes the partner wants to create.
